Assessments

Payments can be made online by eCheck, credit card, or automatic withdrawal through Alliance Bank. The automatic withdrawal option is valid for one year and must be rescheduled.

The Management ID number is 6675, and the Association ID number is 587. The account number can be located on your statement, or please call CCMC Customer Service at 480.921.7500 to get your account number.

Payments can be mailed to the address listed on each assessment statement. The detachable coupon portion of the statement must be included with the payment.

Going paperless helps the environment and reduces the amount of money the Association spends on mailing your statement.
